Here at Vitality for Life (also Loveland Yoga & Core Fitness) we are ready to support students in their yoga practice and instruct students who are ready to take the next step in their journey to get to the "core" of their being.
Your yoga practice is a unique practice based on intuition, rather than tradition, connecting the body to the mind & spirit.
Through modification our yoga classes can be made accessible to all people, all ages, all who are ready to roll out their mat and draw in the benefits of yoga to their mind, body and spirit.
Strength Yoga: Monday and Friday at 4:30
Strength Yoga without weights is just as progressive and incompatible approach to the vinyasa flow. Christi helps you find the balance between meditation and athleticism. As true to form with Christi she will be emphasizing the use of the glutes, central core, and peripheral core for maximal stability while connecting with our true selves. This creative and integrative approach helps you focus on your unique alignment to open up to the body guiding you to the asana to conform to you; that will restore peace of mind and revitalize spirit for new growth. The alignment cues in Strength yoga are unique and simple to understand to develop strength, improve posture, get out of pain and improve flexibility of not only the body but your mind as well.
I teach you all sorts of ways to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility to extend longevity and vitality for you and your joints. Join me on Mondays & Fridays at 4:30 MST from the comfort of your own home.

Pre-Recoreded 30 minutes of Energizing Strength Yoga

While teaching you that the asana conforms to you, not you conforming to the posture. This will restore peace of mind and revitalize spirit for new growth. Stretchy & Strength Yoga: Wednesdays at 4:30
What on Earth is Stretchy & Strength Yoga. Just that! The focus is increasing flexibility and mobility. Do do this we need to contract or tense up the opposing muscle group that we are stretching. Example: If we are stretching your hamstrings (the back of the thigh) we need to contract/tense the quadriceps (front of thigh) to make sure there is stability for the knee joint while maintaing heat in the body for better stretching; to strengthen the muscles supporting the knee (quadriceps or front of thigh).
