I will present a 2-1/2 hour class I will guide you through a chakra-by-chakra yoga and mediation.

• Improve self-expression and intuition

• Learning to connect to universal consciousness

I talk a bit about the chakras, so it is not a 2 1/2 hour physical practice. This 90 min flow is about half vinyasa and half restorative style class will help you cleanse and balance the central emotional energy channel.
