Strength & Stretch Session

What are Strength & Stretch Sessions?

What are these sessions about? 

In a 30-minute session, Christi will assess one joint complex. This could be both shoulders, both hips, or both knees or ankles. It's is important to note that these are not personal training sessions. These are corrective stretch and strength sessions. Christi utilizes heavy band mobilizations in combination with P-DTRnto gain more range of motion from the joint, improve function and become pain free over a longer period of time. 

Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes or can go as long as an hour. You may need more than one session. It's most likely you will since we are living, breathing human beings experiencing life and have emotions. It's a part of longevity and vitality. 

Single sessions and packages available. I will also teach you how to do the mobilizations, stretches, and moblility work so you can do this one your own. This is why it would take more than one session.
